Faculty office hours are classrooms which appear on the dashboard of all students enrolled in sections where you are the instructor. An office hours classroom is specific to the current Term, and has the same functionality as any other classroom created on Forum.
Setting up Office Hours
Faculty see an Office Hours module on the right side of your Home page.
To begin the setup process, click Add office hours. Enter your availability, including the days, times, and timezone. Click Save when finished.
Your office hours will now appear with the availability you described. To enter your office hours classroom click Enter. To update your availability click Edit.
Students enrolled in sections for which you are the instructor can access your office hours classroom through their Home page:
Browsing Office Hours
Students and instructors can click See all office hours in the Office Hours module on the Home page to see an overview of all office hours for the current term.
