Overview
Lesson plans contain all content for a class session. Each lesson plan in Course Builder corresponds to a class session in Forum.
Navigate to the lesson plan preview
All instructors for a class should have access to the lesson plan PDF preview. To navigate to the preview:
Open the class page in Forum
Click on the Lesson Plan button on the right
Alternatively, if you're already in Course Builder:
Open the Course page of the relevant course
Navigate to the desired lesson plan on the Course page
Click on the lesson plan title
Navigate to the lesson plan editor
The lesson plan editor is only available to users who have an Author or Reviewer role on the course.
You can easily open the lesson plan page in Course Builder by:
Navigate to the course page by:
If you're in Forum: Going to the section page and clicking on the Course Builder button on the right side
If you're in Course Builder: Opening the correct Course page
Navigate to the specific lesson plan by scrolling down or clicking on the lesson plan under the Syllabus Outline on the left
Click on the title of the lesson plan (e.g. "Session 1: What is global history?")
