If you are having problems in the classroom, we recommend that you follow the three R’s: refresh, reload, and restart.
If you see your own video in class, hover over it and click “Refresh AV”. Or, go to the gear menu and click “Refresh AV”. You will then go through AV Check before re-entering the classroom.
Completely exit the classroom by clicking the X in the upper right corner. Then click “Enter Class” to return.
If refresh and re-entering did not help, completely restarting your computer may resolve issues in the classroom.
