When to Contact Live Tech Support

If you are experiencing a problem that prevents access to Forum, prevents access to the classroom, or interferes with full class participation, please contact live tech support.

How to Contact Live Tech Support

To contact live tech support, select the question mark icon in the upper right of Forum, and click Live Tech Support. This option is available both inside and outside of the classroom.

A window on the bottom right will open where you can search for help or directly start a conversation with a member of the support team by selecting Send us a message.

Chat Support Availability

Live tech support is available during all live class sessions and during our business hours. If you send a message outside of this time, a support member will follow up with you during business hours.

Unable to Access Forum

If the issue you are experiencing prevents you from accessing Forum, send an email to helpdesk@minervaproject.com.
