Finding a specific course

Courses for which you have a role (i.e., author, instructor, reviewer) should appear on your Course Builder dashboard. If a course you have a role in does not appear in your Course Builder dashboard you may have to change the filters in the left-hand menu. Ensure that you are looking in the correct:

  1. Semester (use the drop-down menu)

  2. College

  3. Course Type: a designation set when the courses are created

  4. Item filters: indicate whether aspects of the course are published, in progress, or not started

Accessing syllabus and lesson plan PDFs

If you have a role in the course, you can access PDFs of the lesson plan, assignments and syllabus from the dashboard for any that are designated “published” or “in progress”. Hover your mouse over the “published” or “In progress” circle and click on the printer to download a PDF.

You can also access any “published” PDFs of the lesson plan, assignments and syllabus for other courses in which you do not have a role by opening the star menu in the header and selecting “resources”.

Select any course that is indicated as “published” from the list or hover your mouse over the “published” circle and click on the printer to download a syllabus PDF.

Troubleshooting dashboard problems

If you have any problems in the dashboard you can:

  • Use the live chat support feature, which can be accessed in two locations:

    • Select the question mark icon in the header and select “Open live chat support”

    • Select the Minerva icon in the lower right of the page to directly open the chat window

  • Report a bug by selecting the question mark icon in the header and selecting “Report a bug”. Fill out the pop-up window, which will send an email to the tech support team.
